| Friday, we had some fun building a structure to support an egg-drop. We had a few casualties. |

| We had a busy week! We read persuasive pieces of writing about the importance of exercise. In small groups we analysed the writing, looking specifically at how the writer began the piece, supported their thinking & ended their work. After, we wrote our own paragraphs with lots of fantastic ideas about why exercise is important! Other highlights...Megs shared her x-ray of her teeth, Rach always makes us smile with her fancy dresses & we all our becoming experts at 3-digit addition (with regrouping)! Tuesday
1. Yes, we are skating tomorrow!
2. Yes, food order forms are due tomorrow!
3. Yes, we are excited! Students are bringing home a lot of information...basically, with parental permission - students will each have an individual blog set-up by AMDSB & managed by Ms Weber. Two forms need to be returned with signatures before this can happen...we are hopeful that by the end of next week we will all be up & running!
